I would like to inform this company has no respect for its customers. I had questions regarding invoices to the accounting department, only with continuously emails and phone calls they responded after two weeks. Some of the concerns were never responded. All-inclusive service sounds very attractive, but if you change/leave office they apply the fees no matter how good office condition is. My deposit is being held and as many emails and calls I attempted to make, the best response I received “someone will contact you” which they never did. I’m will go through the legal department to get the deposit back. Void this company, they are the worst to deal with financial issues and prolonging to return the deposit or having concerns not to return at all.
