The staff are so friendly and yet professional. It’s always a pleasure to interact with the very kind staff members who are always there to help. The restaurant food is always served quick. Plenty of car park space and if you fancy exercise or relax the hotel has got top class health suite and gym and also swimming pool.

Very nice hotel with clean and modern rooms, also good gym and swimming facilities. Friendly atmosphere and caring staff. Nice selection of food in the pub, with friendly staff. Will definitely come back! Thanks for hosting us! :)

Went to have a Mr.Beast burger today, placed order, time passed & nothing, lots of other people's orders coming out but not ours. Asked a member of staff behind the bar, she didn't understand much English by the look of it, so was hard to explain. Managed to give my order number, she came straight out with it saying that I was to collect, I told her, "I gave my name on the order, as it asked on the app, so shouldn't someone come out and call me", she said that if they was busy, they couldn't do that,...... so how am I suppose to know my order is ready!!!, just walk into the kitchen & ask myself?!. Before giving me my order she told me it can't be eaten on the premises or in car park, so fine, we went elsewhere. Once opened the order, we found it was wrong, only 3 items correct, the rest all wrong but as we had to go elsewhere to eat, couldn't be arsed to go back and wait forever for it to be done properly, so had to eat cold food I paid good money for. They obviously not catering to Mr. Beast customers as they're own, so a poor experience for me, and has put me off going there again, even to eat from their own menu.
