We stayed here for 3 days, probably not the best choice given how small the rooms are, we couldn't even unpack. However, I can see the appeal for single night stays, especially given you get access to the gym, gym classes, pool etc. We did a few classes whilst here, great cycle class. Breakfast was good value for money.

Very tasty food. Quick and friendly service. Had booked for Sunday lunch. They rang to tell us they had run out, due to event the day before. Kindly given 3 free Sunday meals in lieu.

A fantastic venue that offers a variety, great hotel, lovely food. Place has an amazing gym, great meeting/conference rooms and we visit on a regular basis for our Herbalife ‘Open Days’ which seem to grow month on month with over 400 people in attendance last month!
The venue is always clean, tidy and very welcoming to us all and we will continue using the venue I’m sure for the foreseeable future.

Nice, new, clean hotel, with friendly and helpful staff.
Rooms are spacious, but you can't complain given the prices, and the bathroom is very clean with a good sized shower.
Breakfast buffet was also excellent value, and the gym is huge!
The only downsize was we could hear the 8am spin class in our room on the 4th floor!

When you arrive, you wonder whether it's a sports bar or gym you've arrived at... it's both, as well as a hotel. Rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable but there's not much natural light - just one small window which has a painted on privacy blind. The view is onto a car park or the wall of an adjacent building. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a glass wall - so not much privacy but fine if you like watching your partner shower or using the toilet! Nice big TV with freeview. Dyson heater. The striped wall paper is a bit migraine inducing though. The restaurant is a sports bar - burgers mainly plus a few extras but only one up from fast food. Location is fine if you've a car but it's a long walk to Portsmouth Harbour and main attractions. Overall, I would stay again but it wouldn't necessarily be my number 1 choice.
