What a catastrophe of a business. In 15 years of business, I have never seen such a woefully incapable company who quite frankly couldn't care less about the customer. Bully tactics, sneaky clauses in their contracts and I quote "IWG will not guarantee stable internet, consistent ventilation or power to be supplied to the client" FOR AN OFFICE PROVIDER!! We spent a whole month with no internet connectivity, intermittent power and no AC in the height of summer. Zero communication from regus and blatantly ignored by every single person in the business, including the embarrassingly incompetent center staff at the Lakeside site. We lost in excess of £60,000 worth of revenue due to the constant outages. We were billed 3 times in one month, and when we tried to raise it with accounts, we yet again we're ignored. We expressed our desire to leave so we can move to an alternative space that will allow us to actually conduct business and I kid you not they said "Actually your contract just auto renewed" All without any communication to us. First time we had heard back from them in nearly 2 months. We tried obviously no chance. Now we have just received a debt demand from a solicitor. This is a company that brands itself as a home for small businesses looking to grow, I can tell you it is the furthest thing from that. I have never, ever been treated so badly. If you are thinking of using Regus or Spaces as they are all owned by the same company, please do not, they will put you our of business before you can get going AVOID!!!
