There are lot of hidden fees and they charge a flat cleaning fee of $500 at the end of your contract. This fee is without any assessment to the office space and fixed. I am extremely disappointed about this given the lease amount itself was only $650 per month. I would not recommend this business for anyone given the amount of hidden fees they charge. It looks like their business runs on the hidden fees as opposed to the rent as it is almost equal to the rent they charge.

Incredibly shady business practices. If you want to be thrown through loops when it comes to ending an agreement after your contract is finished look no further. Don’t look forward to an easy going service based approach when dealing with Regus. They are all about maximizing profits, not customer satisfaction.
