Non existent customer service. Avoid them as if you ever need help - you likely will not get it. Update: Qonto contacted me and helped to resolve one of my two issues. They also told me that their customer service issues (which I have experienced twice) are only temporary. We shall see. If the experience with them improves, I will further adjust the rating. For now, I raised from 1 star to 3

I had open an acount and ordered visa carte filled all informations many calls to support and emails and than afeter almost 2 weeks comes the support team and said oh we cant open an account for you because its mentioned a word of oil and gas in your register, I would advic ethe Management not to lose the time of poeople they have to talk first about that condition and let no one open account before , its really time lost 2 weeks
