I visited this Wework branch for one day pass. The staff was cool, she didn’t check my id or email confirmation, but just let me in, which was fine. In my opinion the background music was a little bit loud. And it is open space, which seems like originally it was lobby of the building. and it was cold. Coffee was free, and there were coffee experts and it was superb. I expected a nice view from high building, but it wasn’t the case. Though they have open on 8th floor.

I have no particular problems with the office, but overall experience with Wework is beyond my limits of patience. I took a 1 week membership in January 2025 and generally thought I made my payments, since I received my access card etc. However, after being disappointed by the customer services multiple times, I decided to stop my memership for good. One month after, in March 2025, I receive an invoice about late membership fees, which is equal to my membership payment by this time. I send an email to customer service to find out why I receive such an invoice, because I really couldnt understand the problem and the reason of additional invoice. After somedays I receive a reply, just stating again that I have an outstanding payment, without any explanations. Then I send another email to the customer service that I don't even know how to pay since my account has been blocked a while ago and i thought everything is closed in January. Without any explanations I receive an email with the link to my account, to which I could access and make the payment. I paid all outstanding fees, even thought I felt really bad with all my experience with Wework. I don't receive clear communication, so I send email to ask that all is cleared and that I will never be bothered by We Work again.

Great co-working space in the business district of Bercy. Very easy access by subway line 6 or RER C. The 8 story building is brand new and provides many common areas to work. Some areas are a bit noisy but there’s phone cabins available that are great when you need privacy. The common spaces in each level are nicely design and well planed. Each level has its own kitchen were you have tea & coffee service. You can also heat your meal at lunch break. There’s a great Barista on the first floor preparing drinks, and that is included on the monthly fee ! One of the things I like more from this WeWork is the staff. They are all super friendly and always smiling. That really makes you feel good when you start your day ! I recommend WeWork for whoever needs a nice and profesional space to work.
