I'm in On-Demand Member, I booked a desk + a room for a couple of hours. It's your average WeWork but to enter this particular one it's just a nightmare if you're on-demand user. The building lobby aren't allowed to let you in except if you have a QR code which is intended for visitors. We had to wait 15 min outside trying to get the QR code from the WeWork support phone, they also have a phone number in a banner outside that doesn't work. They replaced our visitor badges with a temporary WeWork card. I forgot mine but my partner was their first time, they should have gotten their card. After we hanged there for a couple of hours and we were ready to leave. I asked for a QR code or for a method to get in on another day I booked. I got the QR Code but they cancelled my account and the bookings I had for the other day. The only way is to reach customer support and then you have to create a new account. So at the end I couldn't use any other WeWork for the days I booked because the account has to be approved. Honestly this is the worst experience I had in a WeWork.

Kind of disappointed with this location, I expected something incredible despite of their infamous location on Artz Mall, but it just meets the WeWork standards, being here just for a short meeting but I’d definitely stay on my current WeWork location. Security staff was professional, but actual staff didn’t interact with me that day.
