Under no circumstances should you go under contract with Regus, especially at any location in Scottsdale. Select a local office sharing space that actually cares about delivering quality customer service. When I initially signed on with them, they input my contact information wrong into their system and it took several months to get this corrected and my office location changed to the correct location. They are a complete scam and you will never speak with a human outside of your local office, those who work the front desk can not help you with any administration issues that may arise with your account. After a year of continuous bad service and condescending communication with Esthela Ranger, Community Sales Manager, My account has auto renewed and they are trying to lock me for a second full year of horrible customer service. TIP: When you need to get out of a contract with them, there are companies dedicated to helping you with Regus. This should inform you of how poorly they treat "clients." I will be disputing all charges beyond my initial one-year contract, I will be reporting them to the better business bureau, and forever encouraging every business owner to go an alternative route.

I absolutely love this place, located on the 4th floor of the Building next to Fashion Square Mall. Beautiful offices and Meeting rooms !! And The Manager of the place, a Beautiful Latina Lady that always is happy to help you! I highly recommend their offices, and I will be back soon!!
