I work at the Tempe Industrious location and I absolutely love it! The office itself is absolutely stunning with views of A Mountain and Mill Ave, cozy workspaces, and gorgeous meeting rooms. The staff is fantastic!! They are so welcoming and cater to the needs of the members. The meal program is outstanding and there is always a good supply of snacks on hand in addition to daily breakfast and snacks. There is even a Happy Hour on Thursday. It is a great opportunity to relax and network with other members. I highly recommend the Industrious co-working space far more than any other options I have seen. I have visited several of the locations, including Old Town and Fashion Square, and while they are all great, the Tempe location cannot be beat!!!

Usually when your favorite colleague doesn't show up, you have a boring day at work. But at this space, that feeling comes when Steph and Josh from the Industrious onsite team aren't here. The environment they create makes it worth coming into work every day. Apart from that, the co-working space is beautiful, well-equipped, and has amazing views of the Phoenix area. Look no further if you're on the hunt for an office space because everything is just 'right' here. Shout-out to Steph and Josh!! 10/10 would recommend.

One of my employees arrived early and spoke with a staff member, who initially stated that our reservation was not in the system. Fortunately, they were able to provide us with the room, but we had booked this space three weeks ago and had attendees who traveled several hours for this meeting. While I appreciate their ability to accommodate us, the situation was concerning. Additionally, I had difficulty locating the conference room and was only able to find it because I saw my employee. I attempted to find staff on three separate occasions, but no one was available at the front desk. Upon leaving, I sought clarification on parking validation and trash disposal, but instead, I was immediately questioned about the trash. The staff appeared to be courteous to others, but my experience felt noticeably different. Given these challenges, I cannot recommend this venue.

The environment and team here at Industrious on Mill is absolutely amazing!! Stephanie and Sydney greet you with a big smile and uplifting energy every morning. There infectious good energy always puts a smile on your face.. Industrious provides many wonderful amenities like cold brew on tap, freshly brewed coffee, unlimited sodas, daily snacks and how could I forget happy hour every Thursday! Industrious has wonderful views on one side you’re facing the old mill, A-mountain, and the ASU football stadium, on the other side you looking Tempe town Lake/bridge and let’s not forget the beautiful view of Tempe Mill Ave. I love coming to work and getting to interact with some amazing people.

The short: Industrious as a company has done a marvelous job of maintaining high standards for their shared office spaces, but the committed, friendly, and amazing staff is what makes the Tempe space the winner for me. Prior to joining as a member @ Industrious, I frequented a rotation of coffeeshops around town as my office for the day. After over a year of the coffeeshop life, I realized it wasn't the most sustainable option: - You have to buy something on every visit - The wifi is unreliable - Parking is not guaranteed - Seating is first-come-first-serve - It's hard to make calls with background noise - Leaving your stuff behind while you use the restroom seems risky The time had come for a dedicated workspace and improved productivity. I toured several different shared workspace options around the valley, including all three of the current Industrious locations in Arizona: Fashion Square, Drinkwater, and Tempe Mill Ave. While it was immediately apparent that all three locations were premium facilities, the factors which sold the Tempe location for me were: - Tons of gorgeous natural sunlight no matter where you are in the space (I am basically a house plant with more complex emotions) - Lowest occupancy rate at the time of my signing due to office being newest location - Highest number of available conference rooms compared to other two locations in Scottsdale - Plenty of well-lit common "break out" areas with power sources for laptops/charging - Sound-proof call booths for those super secret calls Most importantly, the fearless Industrious team (Heather, Rachael, Amanda), who go above and beyond to make sure the facility is always immaculate, fun, and positive. They were one of the biggest reasons I chose the Tempe location -- come meet them and you'll see why!
