The location is quite great because it is inside The Emquartier and can transport by BTS. However, the service is the worst since I've worked here, I've found that the staffs, they aren't friendly and no one come to greeting or introduce themselves, actually I don't know their names and maybe they also don't know me. Moreover, one of the housekeeping staffs always expresses her mood by facial expression and mostly is bored. I think it's not suitable for the service office because it makes us feel uncomfortable. Since I've worked here and I found the problem that the internet was down for 2 weeks. It is the worst because we used the internet for working and they didn't do anything for us and only informed the center was fixing. I have to use my own internet network from my mobile phone instead. They didn't provide any helps to us and it's a shame of service office. When we found the problem since the COVID-19 situation, we have to reduce our cost for the rental but Regus didn't provide any helps. So if you don't have any kind or generous mind to service, you cannot run this business in the kind of service industry, furthermore, you also cannot have us until the end of contract. The good staff should keep proper manner when the clients are in front of you, please keep in your mind - You are the staff who have to service clients and comfort them along their stay. Moreover, you can come to talk with us gently about the information that you would like to provide us, you shouldn't send the email that it is the improper email to remind us. It is unacceptable. So if other clients who are interested to rent the office or find the place to work in Sukhumvit Area, please find other places. Thank you for showing me that how the worst service is.

Do not use their service! I had a lot of problems with a payment method. I used their parking. After cancelling the parking service, they still continued deducting money from my credit card. The staff at the center do not know much about the payment and billing as the company outsources the work to external party. All in all, you pay very pricey fee for a below standard service from Regus. I would say you have better options around Sukumvit area.

We are excited to have offices in the newest and prestigious office building in Bangkok. The Regus office fits our needs, is very modern and fits our budget. The staff is fantastic, and the facilities in EmQuartier are the best in town.
