Of all the wework I have been to, it is the worst so far. The girls who work upstairs speak almost no English, and are very rude and impolite. They look at you badly and more than solving your problems, they seem to be the police controlling everything you do. Terrible experience in Bamgkok.

I disapprove the spirit and the attitude of the management (the 3 receptionists) who attempted to sell me extra subscriptions for having had a guest in visit who overstayed beyond the meeting room booking time. Worth mentioning that I use wework space only when I have guests in visit or delicate conference calls. In total I have used wework all access membership 3 days last month and for no longer than 8 cumulative hours. Nonetheless the management thought my guest and I would be their good opportunity to expand their membership base in disregard of the actual use of my membership (which they have visibility on). Following an unnecessary, unreasonable and unpleasant conversation, I immediately cancelled the membership.

It's unclear why building access to WeWorks in Thailand is so poorly managed. Nice space but having to register and surrender ID upon each visit is crazy. Before the auto generated response replies to this - I have already emailed you and you did not respond. Update: New access management system even worse than before, it takes about 10 minutes to register each time on the new system, with a buggy Face ID system to access the floor. Terrible.
