Our company was looking to open a new office in Vancouver, and Spaces was a perfect fit. They set us up with a wonderful office space with modern opaque glass and a feature wall. They also included a furniture package, so we were able to select an assortment of modern desks, shelves, cabinets, and premium office chairs that perfectly met our needs. Utilities, security, and internet are all included, which simplified everything for us. The building is brand new, has great security with elevator secure access, and our floor also has a relaxing lounge area and dedicated kitchen. One nice thing is that washrooms on our floor are all separate rooms, and some even have showers built in. There is also a main reception and larger lounge on the 8th floor that has spectacular views of downtown. There are places to have lunch, some private phone rooms, work areas, and even a couple of board rooms you can book for meetings on that level as well. I also like to bike into the office on occasion, and they have a secured bike room inside the building along with showers and change rooms. The staff is also nothing short of fantastic. They regularly check in us and diligently take care of everything behind the scenes. One of the best aspects of Spaces is the social element. As a small office with just a couple of people, it is great to be able to take a break and interact with other people. It can be lonely working from home or in isolation, so this type of environment makes a lot of sense to help with personal well-being. Overall, this is an easy 5 stars. I love my office space. Kudos to the staff on making it a great place to work!

We love working here. 100% would recommend it to anyone looking for top tier office space. Its cost effective and high quality. I've been at other coworking spaces in the past and this one is far classier. The offices are full of natural light, wifi reliable and the staff super helpful. Wish that I could use one fob to access the building and my office but I hear their team is working on that.
