Having booked an all day meeting room, it was ready and waiting for us. The lady on reception was more than helpful, especially when the coffee machine stopped working. The coffee was good though, so it's been forgiven.

Excellent location close to M5. Great for short or long term office and hot desk rental. Pricey car park, but other facilities are great.

Car park always full so several staff at their building use the adjoining NHS car park. Despite being told that the spaces are for nurses and emergency vehicles. This had led to ambulances not being able to park and nurses having to confront people illegally parking to be greeted with threats and intimidation. Disgraceful

If you need a serviced office on the South of Birmingham go and see Charlotte and the team, they offer a first class facility at reasonable rates.
