Great cowork space. Sometimes we rent an office and sometimes just use the common areas with a “virtual” membership, depending on how busy we are in different seasons. The flexibility to do so is great. The space is always super clean and everyone without exception has been super friendly. Highly recommend.

We hosted a meeting with 50 people and had the best experience ever. We searched all over Tampa for a venue for our business conference and we immediately fell in love with this space. It felt so comfortable like we were hanging out in a living room, but it was still very clean, modern and professional. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need from 2 fridges to store food, plates cups cutlery, filtered water and coffee, creamers. There is a pool table as well! The staff was so so so nice and made the entire experience that much better. Easy A&V accessibility for presentations. We stayed all day and had a great time. Thank you Sabrina and everyone for your help!!

Such a wonderful place to work out of! It's maintained really well, the staff are so nice and helpful when there's an issue! The other residents are very nice and it's just a chill vibe to run my business out of!
