Lovely office building in New Tampa. My dermatologist office and my estate planning lawyer's office are in this building. The building is centrally located in New Tampa on Bruce B. Downs Blvd., easily accessible from I-75. Each suite is spacious. The building is quiet. The exterior of the building is clean, with abundant parking, nice landscaping, and shade from huge, majestic oak trees. The large, pane glass, tinted windows give an even more executive esthetic to the exterior to the building. The entrance is decorated with a large fountain ⛲️, UPS, USPS, and FedEx mail boxes to drop off important documents. The interior is decorated with a large lobby, 2 elevators, and restrooms on the first floor. There is a digital directory by each elevator so you can find your way around easily. Some suite doors are glass, some are wood. The 2nd floor has large suites with receptionists and conference rooms. This really is a nice office building. Places to eat, convenience stores, banks, and pharmacies are all within a 5-8 mile radius of this building.

Excellent staff and very friendly. They resolved my key issue without any delay. They just have to correct my company name and they are working on it. I hope it will be correct in just few days.

Executive office complex with many businesses in these upscale modern buildings. Ample parking, and easy access to new Tampa via Bruce Downs Boulevard. There are several restaurants nearby for office lunches should you need to extend your office meetings into a luncheon affair.
