I have been using their virtual office office for over a month now. I have been made to pay 4 times more than what they contracted me for. In the span of one month, I have been forced to pay them more than $350 for their virtual office. I just got hit with a collection notice from a third party agency for unpaid bills to Regus. This place is nothing but a scam. I highly doubt if any of the 5 star ratings on this listing is real. I won't recommend this business even to my worst enemies.

TREAD CAREFULLY! Be very cautious around these wolves. Regus is a scamming, criminal enterprise with sloppy work ethic who will treat you like garbage. Here is what happened to me. I purchased a coworking subscription from them, believing it was 24 hour access. Why? All Google listings show 24 hour access. There is also no mention of the actual hours when you go to buy a coworking subscription on the website. It cheekly claims, "where you want and when you want." I went to book at a location near me, and the person of that location called and said they only open 8 am to 5pm. I called the general sales line and they told me that the hours for all locations coworking are the same. To this day, they still say that when you call. The 24 hours access is listed for people who buy a dedicated office. They will not refund me and are writing generic responses that I agreed to pay. They straight up lied. I'm sure there was something in the fine print that covers them on that level, but it is FALSE ADVERTISING, which I am pretty sure is illegal. I guarantee you they would claim it's in the print vaguely stated somewhere, then say my telephone conversations with the sales reps "Wasn'T In wriTING!" Absolute scum. They should be sued in a class action lawsuit.
