We have been officing here for over 6 years. We've had no issues whenever we needed something, there is always someone to help us with our requests. Every building is going to have its issues and the only reason I would not give them 5 stars is that they do have problems keeping people as receptionists. Other than that, I recently had a business emergency and asked the support person for help. She readily agreed and very professionally got my emergency project finished quickly. Can't really ask for anything more than that! It's nice to know they are there when you need them.

The Atrium executive business center is a perfect place to get work done and I highly recommend them. It gives me a private spot that I can work from and great staff at the front! The combination of a comfortable, professional place to bring clients to, shared, fully stocked break rooms, multiple conference rooms, and someone answering the phones has helped my business run smoothly. They even do the dishes!

I have been at the Atrium since 2006 starting as a Virtiual Office business owner and working my up to a Beautiful woods view complete with Hawks, Blue Jays and Squirrels. I have been a client for so long b/c I love the convenience of the Coffee and Break Room, Conference Rooms at any of their 7 DFW locations, helpful administrative assistants and cheery, consistent cleaning crew. I have NEVER had a compliant that they would not help me fix! I look forward to the next 7 years Atrium!

I have been a client at Atrium for the past two years. I love having use of the receptionist to screen my calls and greet all visitors. It is also very helpful to have a notary that is available when I am out of the office. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable; I would recommend Atrium to any business looking for office space.

If you want your business to thrive don’t office here. Horrible communication. Will pass you off from person to person when you need something. Then when you get tired and just want to cancel the contract they will run you in circles and keep telling you you need to speak with someone else.
