A truly horrible office space that failed on just about every level. If you are thinking of this as a possible location for you business then please think again...it's terrible. The toilets are a disgrace and when you complain you are told "we don't manage them". There is an annoying building announcement on the PA system several times a day that often repeats non stop. It's not relevant to the entire building but they insist on playing it everyday and it often sticks on repeat. Again, requests to fix this are ignored.. We had a construction team in the building for 4 weeks drilling and hammering on our walls which made the office unusable, when we complained it wasn't taken seriously and they said company policy was 'we don't do compensation or refunds'. As for the offices themselves, they have destroyed the views by cramming loads more offices into the communal spaces, they are bland and characterless and not a patch on the offices at other local spaces such as Clockwise or Spaces. They are a nightmare to deal with financially, virtually every tenant in the building has some form financial dispute with them, over charging, promised discounts are ignored, refunds on overpayments never processed etc etc. They are clearly experiencing some financial difficulties as there was a noticeable drop in spending on office supplies and amenities. They have also just sent a threatening letter saying they are going to fine us £40 per access fob not returned. All of which we have already returned. We have operated from several managed office spaces in the city and never had any issues but Regus where a nightmare from start to finish and we couldn't wait to leave. The area manager was also a complete waist of space and his arrogance dealing with tenants was astoundingly poor. He was the main reason we cancelled our tenancy.
