Myself and a colleague moved into a private office at Finsbury Park SPACES in the summer of 2022 and we love it here. It's one of the first privately run franchises from Spaces, and we see the owners most days working at the front desk, alongside a team of really helpful and friendly staff. I've worked at co-working spaces that have a more impersonal, corporate feel, but here there is definitely a welcoming, family-like atmosphere, which really makes a difference each day. The facilities are fab, we have everything we need, and the staff are always on hand to help with stuff. The decor and the atmosphere feel grown up and professional, but also comfortable and relaxed. We aren't surrounded by pool tables, bean bags and beer taps, which personally is how I like it! But the staff do regularly organise small social gatherings, little gigs, mini corporate launch events etc. that everyone is invited to, so there is a social side to the space. Often there are free cakes and biscuits in the kitchen, and sometimes local restaurants offer free samples at lunchtime. We have our own private office, which is great, and the rates are very reasonable. The shared co-working area is spacious and has various comfortable seating options, so feels like a good option for those using it. The office is literally next door to Finsbury Park tube, so the location is very handy, plus there's a Gail's downstairs and a M&S across the road, plus various restaurants and cafes nearby, so we have everything we could need. A big thumbs up from us!

The team at Spaces are fantastic. Walking into the building everyday has been a real plesure. I'd like to give a special thank you to Stacey & Bryan. They both do their best everyday to ensure your day runs smoothly. Big love to Zoia and James for a huge achievment

Beautiful space – relaxed energy, comfortable, clean and peaceful. Hosts Stacey and Brian are both extremely conscientious and welcoming. Recommend.
