This place is filled with lie & scam. They shut down my auto payment set up from their end. And start charging late fees. The receptionist lied to me that she submitted a request about it when I called to the local office. And when I followed up with their team next month, they didn't see my case. So I had to submit again after wasting 1 month. And then the local office manager also excuse and saying only their HQ has authority for controlling those fee so I was connected with the HQ. So the HQ confirmed that the I should talk to the local office. During this conversation, the local office clearly confirmed that the shutting down auto payment is HQ's fault not the local office. But local office kept saying only HQ. And HQ keep saying only by local office. They all are excusing each other to avoid any of their staff's false mistake. They kept wasting my time. And it has passed 2 months and keep charging additional fee over and over.

Deceptive marketing practices. offered an office with great rate. Sales person (Kevin) said rent can only go up 4.8% per year. after 7 month i got 100% increase in rent.

They will never change, 7 years ago people gave them 1 star and it keeps going same. Because they have the worst customer service people.

Clearly one of the worst office space providers ever. Beats me how they get away with daylight misrepresentation of contracts, phantom charges on the account and all kinds of unethical practices in payments and real estate management.
