My rental experience with Regus Hunt Valley has been so bad its impressive. It's like they are trying to get me to sue them. I agree to one thing with them. Sign a contract for it, and I pay on it for a few months. Out of nowhere they add on services I never asked for, use, approved. They refuse to refund me for the charges. They move their cancellation policy around to get an extra month from me. Then they refuse to return my deposit retainer. At first they said there is an error in their system, and they have a ticket working so I can get my retainer returned to me. Then they go completely dead on me. DO NOT USE REGUS. THEY WILL LIE, CHEAT, AND STEAL TO GET EVERY DOLLAR THEY CAN FROM YOU.
