Stay away from REGUS at any location especially the Baltimore market the regional manager Michael Powell, is useless and powerless. They have the worst billing system and will over bill and Never, give your retainer back although they promise to return in 30 days. Buyer beware, stay away.

I have no idea why my bill is the way it is and you can only contact them through email. So far, I have been pretty unhappy with this company. There are new office rental places around that you will probably have better luck with.
