WARNING - If you are a working parent who does not like to waste his or her time, do not do business at this location or Regus in general. I had my child in the stroller and used the elevator to get upstairs. My child wasn’t fussy at all, otherwise I’d be a tad more understanding of Ruth’s negative attitude. Ruth is the front desk receptionist/admin. Previously, I’ve seen her collecting mail from the cabinets behind her to hand to another renter. Today when I went, she checked a folder and told me I have no mail. So I went downstairs, with my child in the stroller but figured it couldn’t hurt to double check to see if there’s any mail in the cabinet that she could potentially be missing. I went back up the elevator to ask her and she paused her phone conversation with a woman named Paula who I’m sure isn’t a work colleague, rudely pursed her lips, and responded to me in a seemingly annoyed way as if we’ve had bad history together! This isn’t the first time she’s been rude - I experienced her rude behavior the first time I visited the office as well. Because of Regus’ overcharging of my accounts and Ruth’s disrespect for a working mom, I will be ending my contract with this “company”.

I was a client at this location where I ran a law practice. If you are considering locating at this particular center- do not do it. My client and business lead calls were consistently mishandled and I suffered significant financial losses as a result of it. When I complained to the corporate office, the center manager (Kevin Cross) and assistant manager (Amanda Welch) made up a fabrication that I was an irate client, and that I was abrasive, unreasonable and threatening towards the staff, which were all absolutely false- not even remotely true. I was then forced to relocate my business in the middle of one of the busiest seasons for attorneys in my practice areas. DO NOT locate your business at this center. You have been warned.

I have been a client here for many years. The website is terrible, the staff changes constantly, they mishandled our mail costing us business, there is no one in "corporate" to help, you can never get a live person above the office level. I have never seen more turn over in any professional organization. That on top of billing and communication issues, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, that's what we're doing.
