Chloe, Jo and the team are always cheerful with a lovely welcoming smile! They are so friendly and super helpful and are always on hand to assist when required. Love having our office space at Regus Midsummer Court, brilliant location and decor. Thanks we will be renewing our lease!

Regus Milton Keynes is a great place to have an office, especially when you have the best person there… Chloe! Anything you need at all she will help you with it. She’s the absolute best, and I couldn’t thank her enough for what she has done for me and my team! And definitely can’t forget Joe! They’re partnership is top class!

Do not use as a virtual office! Service started out ok, then they implemented a silly rule of short specific time slots on only a few days that you are allowed to collect your post. Unfortunately this did not work for us and when I raised it with Regus they basically told me tough luck. Requested to cancel our contract (3 months before it was due to expire), but because I requested to cancel via email and not through the online system, they declined my request and renewed the contract for another year, despite me still being within my timeframe to cancel and despite the fact the service received from them was sub-standard and I no longer wanted to be a customer following the implementation of their new postal collection rules- which is not what we signed up for. I'm now having a real nightmare trying to cancel our contract and wish we never got into contract with them if the first place. They seem to have no care for the customer service they provide and are more interested in taking your money!
