Visited for Gardeners World Live. Lots of parking, relatively well organized and lots to see. Could do with more female toilets as partner had to que for a while, but otherwise, no complaints.

Nice place....a little run down in some places. Staff excellent....except security the staff at the concert we went to were a little rude at times. Went to see '21 Pilots' at the BP Pulse arena. Got lost on way out trying to find the car park. But that kinda added to the fun....food and drink vendors prices were extortionate....overall a great experience.

Nice venue, easy to get in and queues were managed well. As always food and drink very expensive. We were there for a concert and the sound/lighting was great.

Paid for parking in advance - cheaper and quicker to get out of the car park. Long walk to the arena, so go prepared if it's raining. Security checks were efficient. No urinals in the men's loos, so big queues. View of the stage wasn't too bad from standing and the sound quality was good. A good night was had by all

The shows were great this weekend, BUT the parking should be free or half of the price, given that you have already paid for the show tickets, specially for a family. Plus it takes 10-15 minutes to walk from the East car park if you don't fancy a crowded bus. So the shows are 5 star the NEC parking is 1.
