I had originally found the company useful as they had offices in areas in Maryland that I needed to go to. But then, I started getting late payment fees. I did not realize that the credit card on file somehow disappeared despite it having been charged for many months already. I paid it and i requested to cancel my membership. Months go on and i realize they didn't cancel my membership. They sent me a legal notice to pay. I paid, and i emailed them to cancel the membership... Months go on and I'm here with more fees... unable to cancel my freakin membership. This company is despicable in their practice. I cannot even make a phone call or get in touch with anyone. You can only reach out to them via email. No Chat or Telephone options. I advise everyone to avoid this company.
