Terrible experience with the staff. They blame the post office for their lack of ability to process the mail. We have had the same post master for 4 years. They can’t get staff that are willing to simply forward a piece of mail. I addressed their claims with the post office personally and there is not USPS issue. When confronted with the post master, they retracted thier statements. All of Hoboken gets mail but they don’t. No one responds to your issues. The supervisor is MIA. As a small business, you cannot afford to have an address at this location. It will take a toll on your clients and needs. There is security at the lobby who will not let you up if the staff goes to lunch together. Terrible experience. Don’t get involved with this center.

Regus cannot keep staff at this Hoboken location or a good director/supervisor. Tiana (current front desk clerk) does not properly process the mail and does not properly respond to concerns about the center. Her supervisor is no better. He brings a dog to work and a friend with her often. This place is a terrible place for you to run your business from. Running a business is hard enough without having to deal with the terrible service you get from this center.

Don’t rent here. The prices do not match the center. You are better off renting a box at the post office where you are guaranteed service for a 1/4 of the price. If you have issues, no one will assist you. The staff frolicks when they are here and most of the time, they can’t get anyone to sit upfront. Do not rent here

Tiana is impossible to work with. She is never around and doesn’t properly handle the front desk. She brings her dog to work and spends more time sneaking in the dog than assisting small business owners with clerical staffing needs.

I've have had several issues with the mail processing and other items. The supervisor is nonresponsive and the staff lies to cover their tracks. There is no accountability here and no one can be reached...
