The space is overall nice but it's almost impossible to work in their business lounge b/c they pump out music SO loud. I've asked the front desk to lower down the volume but they would just do it in a minimal way so it wouldn't even change much. Seriously yeah it's nice to have a trendy ambiance but seriously this is not a pub. If you need a quiet work setting this is not your place.

This is a fantastic space but very poorly-run. I used the common space but so many people were talking so loudly on their cellphone that I couldn’t get ANY work done. The staff were in the vicinity but never intervened and did not seemed to care. It’s too bad since the space was beautiful and had a lot of potential…….

This place is poorly cleaned. The staff is lovely but that doesn’t make up for the cleanliness.
