DO NOT USE REGUS, THEY ARE A SCAM---You will be charged for things you have never agreed to and have no one to speak to to discuss. You will not be able to cancel despite sending out emails for cancellation request and they charge you regardless UPDATE: they make it seem like they care and are willing to help you, but they did nothing. Beware, even if you make multiple cancellation requests, Regus will still scam you out of your money.

When I read the information about this place, it said: open 24 hours. I needed to work on Sunday, but when I called this place they told me they work Monday to Friday. When I asked the person on the phone if he understands they misinform potential clients, he simply said:"No". Why misinform people?

Overall a decent Regus location. I also like the one at 5 Penn Plaza. Dont' really understand the need for having the sound on with CNN blasting in the business lounge though. Most visitors would prefer the quiet. CNN adds to the din. At least in 5 Penn the lounge and the CNN monitor are separated.
