Stay away from this company. Regus transferred my virtual office to Spaces. This would have been okay had Spaces actually provided the one service I pay for — accepting my business mail. It failed to this, which I learned about as correspondence went missing and was returned to sender. I tried repeatedly to reach a human being about this issue and about an absurd 50% late fee, which was the result of Spaces failing to carryover the auto payment I set up, and which they refused to waive. It was nearly impossible to get a number where I could contact a human being. When I finally did, I was told I needed to call a different person, but before I could get that contact information the line went dead. I was never able to get the correct contact information so I moved on to a new service. I then started receiving daily collections calls from Spaces to get me to pay for the service Spaces never provided me. I now know where they put all their resources: strong-arm collections tactics aimed at coercing you to pay for nothing. If only they would allocate a fraction of those resources to providing an actual service to their customers.

Awful service, very rude staff. Deputy Op's Director of Northeast has just ignored my complaint and concerns for my virtual address. Do not invest your business address with this company they do not know what customer service means.

Penn plaza, Hell's Kitchen, Flatiron, and Dumbo all have the same photos on the spacesworks website as of 7-12. Hasn't Penn Plaza been open since at least february? What exactly does the center look like? Why are the owner upload images posted in May of an atrium in Amsterdam? Low rating for confusing.
