I can’t get out of this rip off Virtual Office contract soon enough. What a harassment. First of all, since so many people have businesses with the exact same address, Google will not recognize this as your office space unless you literally register your business there, which makes zero sense for a virtual office space. Secondly, they will lock you into a year-long lease. I am nearly at the end of this year, and haven’t been able to use their services in anyway. I asked to get out of the lease early on knowing this, but they refused. So now they get about $200 a month for providing zero services for me. If I call with any questions, there is never a follow-up or answer. I never hear back from them. Thirdly, They have zero clue as to how to process payments, and they follow up with collectors who hassle you even when your account is completely current. When you sign up for the virtual office, they automatically give you two online accounts with two different account numbers. This is their actual process, for no good reason. When you submit your online automatic payments, and those payments are processed through your bank account, it will show in your online Regus account - the one that accepts the payments - that the payment was fully received. Yet once a month, you will be called by a collector who already knows this whole thing is BS, and apologetically asks you to send them additional proof of payments, because their records show you being in arrears. You will also be contacted by Regus several times to update your payment information, as they have updated their system to be just as useless as it’s always been. This of course, it’s just another exercise in futility, and doesn’t stop the collectors from calling you after you have already made another monthly payment in full.
