Ramona was unwilling to even try to resolve an issue we had with booking. Laziest front desk person I ever saw and when I asked for the manager or someone else she said she was the manager for 14 years yet she did not know how to fix any issues. When we left, her laptop was open with all emails showing on the desk and she was nowhere to be found which is a huge security risk - 15 minutes later she was seen smoking on the main floor while the office is on the 3rd floor. She was wearing gross leggings with holes in them and cat hair on them as well, not very professional. Whoever owns or runs Regus needs to retrain her or replace her ASAP because word spreads fast about the is kind of employee.

The staff was very helpful and also the service was top-notch. They started and ended the test at the exact time of my appointment. Overall, I had a really good experience.

The Regus office in and of itself is great with helpful staff, but parking is expensive considering this is Scarborough. Having said that the best points about the office for Business Lounge users is they have two Thinkpods on site and comfortable work stations in the lounge area otherwise. The private day office is bright with a large window!
