Very very bad customer service. There is a person named George Stamatis (I insisted to ask my colleague to get his name), he is very arrogant with a very bad attitude. He is supposed to be at the reception desk helping us but he is at the meeting room doing his personal business - online meetings with a very loud voice. He was so loud and I couldn’t do my interviews. The way he talked to us was disrespectful with a very bad treatment. Such people should not be at Regus!!! We are already having issues with the billing system and now with arrogant receptionist George …

Outright awful. Would love to give 0 star if I could. Everything is complicated, from booking to using their services. We have been waiting for over a year (Yes, a full year!!!) to get their ''Retainer''' refunded. Getting generic responses after every option. Use any other office provider but them.

DON'T GO TO THEM. Go to the competition which is more honest and less expensive. I had a very bad experience with hidden fees and they will take months to refund your deposit if you don't put pressure on them every day. They are in bad faith. AVOID... You have been warned

Regus is one of the worst places to have offices as entrepreneurs. They are your best friends when you want to sign a contract and will promise you the moon and the sky but when the time comes to leave home they will pull out their claws. I see that I am not the only one to have this experience with them. Please read your contract first, there are things that are not legal unless you sign. Avoid at all costs, you will pay for this potential mistake for a long time. There are so many offices for rent in the area, think twice. Contact me for more details.
