One of my favourite hotels in Glasgow that I have stayed at! The staff at the front desk were really lovely. One in particular, Robyn, She was very welcoming when we came and very easy to have a conversation with. Then as we were checking out the next day, we saw her at the front desk again and had another conversation about the concert we attended which was wonderful. Although it can be a bit on the pricier side, it is a beautiful hotel with lovely staff and facilities. Definitely get what you pay for when going to this hotel

We had a wonderful stay at The Address in Glasgow. The location is amazing being only five minutes walk from the central train station. The staff are really friendly and helpful. You’ve got Stevie in the breakfast buffet in the morning who’s excellent, very chirpy and happy and then you have Marcello, who was one of the desk staff in the foyer, also extremely polite, helpful, friendly and gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations. The room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable and the three nights we had there were very, very pleasant indeed we would highly recommend anyone going to Glasgow to stay at The Address.

Loved everything. Friendly warm service, huge room and very comfy bed. Great private spa. I’d totally go back and this hotel should be 4* not 3*. Great place and amazing value !

Stevie at breakfast was the star of the show, very friendly and welcoming, all with a great attitude and accent. A fantastic stay overall, centrally located and nice atmosphere. Highly recommended if staying in Glasgow!

This hotel is one of my favs in Glasgow, the location is fantastic easy walk to both Central and Queens Street stations.
The breakfast is great and the decor round the hotel is really cool, rooms are big it's just a great hotel and for the price wouldn't stay anywhere else.
Steve is fantastic breakfast host.
Will be back
