Spartanic, flimsy office furniture. Limited access to public transport options/connections. Adjacent building unoccupied and in terrible state, visible from some of the offices. Does not give a good impression if one has visitors at one's office. Positive: nice public space on top floor.

Great place to base your business. The area is nice and there are many choices for lunch etc. The roof terrace is amazing with views down to the ocean, and sun from morning to evening. The internet is a good speed for working remotely. We looked at many places to work in Malta and the hub was the most reasonable. It seemed good value when booking and amazing value on reflection. We walked from central st julians and only took 22mins each way. Andrea and her colleagues though was the standout, friendly throughout and so helpful during booking. We would love to be back!

Great office hotel only a short walk from Ta' Giorni and Sliema or Balluta Bay. Shared "chillout" area, massive roof terracw. Modern, all offices have sources of natural light, well worth the rent! Easy access to free street parking.

Wifi connection in the hotdesk office is really bad, I didn't even show up for the third day even though it was paid. Workspace offers all the basic stuff and nice view, so if they fix their poor internet connection it could be good
