The reason I chose to have afternoon tea at the Mandarin Oriental is because I know the staff will provide exceptional service. I have already experienced this when encountering an issue with my reservation. Stopped by the concierge desk and Kevin placed two phone calls to ensure my reservation was correct. Phenomenal service as expected!

This is one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in.. expensive but OMG... Staff were super attentive, very accommodating and ever ready to serve. Only once at breakfast, it a very long time to get a refill of my coffee when restaurant was not full . I got up to leave, and staff quickly got the coffee in 30 seconds and gave it to me in a takeaway cup.. that was the only 1 issue i had. not sure what happened there. Room was huge and super spacious and very clean.. Gym and pool were beautiful thanks

6⭐️ !!!! Spectacular Hotel, impeccable customer service and by far one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in the whole of England (And we have stayed at many top hotels). Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality and making my birthday so special! The hotel staff from start to end were amazing with our little toddler, myself and husband. We all felt so special throughout our stay. Staff were very accommodating, for anything we asked for was met. Afternoon tea/ Lunch was delightful. Our room was stunning with amazing views overlooking Hyde park and not forgetting immaculately clean. Breakfast was well presented and delicious. Lovely birthday surprise touches to the room which was greatly appreciated and so generous. We will be looking forward to coming back and staying with you again very soon.
