The space was nice, when I showed up to try and get the office I reserved no one was at the front. I waited 30 minutes just wandering the lobby hoping someone would show up. After being 10 minutes late to my first meeting. I gave up and held two meetings from my car then went to where I was staying and worked on the patio.

Not sure who these local guides are, but they obviously don't have an office here. I have had one bad experience after another here. First, no one was available to give me my mail when I first got my virtual office. The ONLY reason I got the office was to receive mail in town since I live in Milton, and no one was at the front desk during business hours. They didn't answer the phone or return calls from the messages I left. Finally called the toll free number, talked to several people who talked to other people and someone showed up the day after that to give me my mail from a junk drawer it had been tossed in to. Then, I start getting additional charges added to my bill for mail forwarding after a couple of months. I signed a form when I filled out my paperwork originally refusing mail forwarding, and they never forwarded any mail to me. I paid the first bill and sent an email asking for a refund of that money and an explanation about why it was added 2 months into our agreement without my consent. I never received a reply, but the charges were there the next month as well. I didn't pay the bill and waited for an explanation, which never came. What did come, though, was a late fee of $30. When I called to get it straightened out they finally gave me a credit for the 2 months of over billing, but not for the late fee. I went online immediately after hanging up the phone and paid my bill in full. Today, 3 days later, I get a bill with another $30 late fee. This is a great place to come if you want to be overcharged and cheated, not a great place if you like dealing with honest, competent people.

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! This is the WORST company I have ever done business with by far! I have had an account with them since November, and was being overcharged each month that I had an account with them. I have been reaching out to them since November and no one would ever return my calls or my emails. Today was the first day I was able to speak with someone, and of course they’ve sent my account to collections and can’t do anything for me. Who wants to pay for extra charges that they don’t owe, and wait for the company to HOPEFULLY correct them, and refund them not me! I will NEVER do business with them again, and I will make sure that no one around me does! WATCH OUT‼️‼️‼️
