The front desk staff were dismissive, and not helpful at all. I came in to use a space for the day and was told to do it online and they just sat there with major attitude ignoring me while I fumbled with the app and a login, etc vs helping me sign up and pay for a day pass. It was the rudest and worst experience in a professional setting. Im sure Regus doesnt care about my $19 but they should care about their reputation and this office does NOT represent what I have come to experience and expect at a Regus facility. I work for a large corporation and we have been using them for years so its a go-to but this location is a hard no. I would rather go to Starbucks and fumble with my latin with a rude barista than go back to this office! NOTE - the office is very nice, quiet, clean and a great spot to work....the staff = AWFUL

The office team has been great. There was a lot of transition at first but sometimes you have to do that to get the right people on the bus. Love the office improvements, lunch area, signage and social activities have been fun to be apart of.

Love the clientele at this location because they are very interacting with one another. Everything is in walking distance which is a plus for you and your clients. Most of all the new manager Mandy and her staff Cara and Lariett are very helpful in every and all aspects.

Been a part of the Arlington Highlands Regus family for a couple of months now. So far so good! Everyone is very friendly and the offices are very quiet. The Community Manager and Associate are quite pleasant and accommodating.

I truly enjoy being a client here at Regus. The staff is amazing and very helpful to my clients. They make sure that everything is done with First Class and Great Customer Service. I would recommend Regus Arlington Highlands to anyone.
