Zoey & Brandon are very helpful, nice and professional. I love being able to work in this office. Only downfall is IT not being readily available in a timely fashion.

This was one of the worst decisions that I’ve ever made in regards to my business, and this entire account made me realize how thankful I am that I did not allow the negativity from Fort Worth Mercantile Plaza dictate the future of my business. I only want positivity in my business and the reason why I have not made payments was because I refuse to allow the negativity from Regus or Fort Worth Mercantile center to have a negative impact on my business, which is why I did not continue the services at the center; mostly to avoid conflict if I needed to go to the office. I wish I would have asked all the questions that I needed to ask before I made any type of payments but honestly I was excited about the moves I was making for my business; not to mention I had excellent customer service from everyone I talked to about the process of starting my business like Legal Zoom, Tarrant County Clerks Office ect besides Regus and Fort Worth Mercantile Plaza (Zoe). I truly wish I had a better experience from your very own manager Zoe and her prior associate Stephanie but unfortunately I didn’t. It was the worst 1st impression any business owner could get, which caused me to get discouraged about starting my LLC. Thankfully I didn’t let two of your associates put a damper in my business over the last seven months, at which, I continue to get invoices for services that I have not used and refuse to use because of the horrible 1st impression. Also, I would like to point out that I found it strange to be made aware that Zoe is still working there when she was the individual that instigated and escalated the situation in the first place, only to have the 1st interaction thrown in my face and had to relive it with Zoe all over again; because today she stated that she wasn’t taking anything personal but she blatantly called me rude and hung up my face saying that I was wasting her time. Please talk to her about how she treats people because respect goes a long way, you have to treat people how you want to be treated especially if you want to be looked as a professional.

Unless you own or run a business that just wants to throw money away to avoid paying taxes on it with no ROI and/or want extra headaches and problems from having to babysit extra personalle that don't even work for you, I would highly recommend not utilizing any services at or entering into any contractual agreement with Regus, especially this location, in any capacity. This office has absolutely poor communication. They rarely answer their phones and even more rarely return a call. Billing issues are an every single month occurrence. They lie about your payment method to skim extra money out of you that they will "credit" but you never get it back. These people are outright thieves. I have had problems every single month since I started my office here. Honestly, I've had problems at every Regus office I have for the same reasons that I'm reviewing this office. I have offices in multiple states and in several different cities and I'm closing them all down. I've had offices with Regus for about 2 years now and these problems have been the only thing consistent in all of my time working with them. Regus as a corporation seems to be riddled with poor work ethic, poor business accumin, poor morals, poor ethics, and a too big to fail attitude. I finally have reached the place where enough is enough. You can save yourself a lot of headache, stress, aggravation, and drama by avoiding this company altogether.
