I've enjoyed my day-to-day experience here. I work out of this office 5 days a week. Reliable internet, private office. The front staff could not be any nicer and are extremely helpful; though much of the business is out of their control. They do a great job. There is a lot of nickel-and-diming with this company. Very hard to understand contracts, payments, and you often pay for the month before (i had multiple conversations prior to signing; they try to automate as much as possible). The real confusion with my account came when I upgraded my office. For 2-3 months, I've been paying double and there was minimal education on what was going on with the account. Despite upgrading my office, I still had to pay a restoration fee on the prior office. Seems like a poor retention tactic. To be fair, most of this is how the Regus company is run. If you travel a lot, the network could be of value to you as they have offices all over the country to pop in and work from. Regus billing is probably less of a local problem and more of a Regus corporate problem in how they've set up their structures and procedures. The local individuals try to do the best with what they're given but ultimately, it's what pushes people out the door. I will not be renewing after being here almost 2 years. Could be a great place and option if they get the billing issues figured out. Based on the reviews, I'm not the only one having these challenges.

Beautiful and brand-new office spaces and meeting rooms. A great place to work long-term, short-term or on a walk-in basis.

Top class staff. Clean offices with great amenities. Can't go wrong.
