My company selected this facility after renting several Regus offices around the country. We've been here just over a year. To give you an idea of our business needs, we have walk in clients, receive mail for about 50 clients, but our calls are routed directly to our offices, not the front desk. We also provide our own IT services.
We currently rent 3 spaces, but are transitioning to just two. We have three staff currently in the offices. Like in all shared spaces, communication is imperative. When there is a staff change at the front desk, we communicate our needs to the new office rep and really don't have any issues.
I have appreciated the offices proactive health and safety measures during COVID. We always receive emails at both our local office and national office. We simply communicated with the front desk about who needs to be notified. They currently still require masks. It appears they are basing their requirements on CDC guidelines. Even at that, according to Utah's HB 294: "Under this new law, counties can issue their own mask requirement. Businesses can, too. Many private businesses will require customers and employees to continue wearing masks."
Restrooms, common area, and meeting areas are kept clean, and free of clutter. Office desks, chairs, and assorted shelving are nice and in good working order. Office furniture is readily available and interchangeable. Office doors are wide enough for large printers and scanners to be easily moved through. Actual office space is tended to nightly (vacuuming, and garbage disposal). The spaces could use more electrical outlets in each office. Coffee from the coffee machine is a 5/10 depending on need. Sometimes it's a 10/10!
Quick Review:
In short, if you have trouble with communication, reading invoices/contracts/emails, personal and group health, and respecting the private property rights of others, I wouldn't recommend Regus.
However, if you can effectively communicate with others, understand invoicing/contracts/emails, and enjoy a clean environment, I highly recommend the Regus facility at Thanksgiving Point.
I was hesitant about moving our company from a much larger office space to downsizing to a Regus location, but my team and I have had a great experience at the Lehi - Traverse Ridge site. Our headquarters, located out of the state, meant that we needed something for our small Utah team to work effectively after the Pandemic. I have worked in a lot of different types of environments, but have been so elated by our experience.
Incredibly friendly and responsive staff who are always willing to help. Tammy, in particular, has been such a fantastic aid to me during the transition for myself and my team - quick to say 'hi', check-in when my office door is open to see if I need anything, and has helped create a friendly and professional atmosphere.
Some other highlights include; mail and packages are delivered right to our offices. Offices, including shared spaces around Regus are always well maintained. One internet problem we foresaw the first few days in the new location, was handled immediately and efficiently. The team has been incredibly responsive. Although a change for all of us, we are REALLY enjoying our new location.
I have been leasing here for 2 weeks and so far the experience has been great. Tami and Kelsie have been very accommodating and nice to work with. We had an issue with the building's HVAC and Tami was able to get it completely resolved within 24 hours. The space is clean & well maintained and so far I have zero complaints.
Update: After 6 months in the space I wanted to provide an update on my experience and downgrade my rating from 5 to 3 stars. Everyone at the local location is wonderful and pleasant to be around. My complaint is that my lease went up 30% from my original rate. It's a very big jump in a short amount of time.
I have been renting space at the Regus - Traverse Ridge location in Lehi, Utah for the last year. I have always had a great experience with this location. The staff is extremely responsive and helpful in both setting up my office and helping make my clients feel welcome. I have never regretted my decision to sign up with Regus and hope to be able to continue using them for the foreseeable future.
I just started a lease here and the staff have been extremely helpful to insure that my business runs smoothly and professionally. I found the price to be better than other spaces and the offices actually feel like offices rather small cubicles. Kelsie and Tammy are a pleasure to work with. I look forward to my time there.
