The front office staff are great and very friendly. The space was great and clean, very modern. However, the finance portion of Regus is HORRIBLE. I left my office in July and still have not received an over $1000 rent retainer, despite the contract saying it would be automatically, returned after 30 days, despite twice contacting the finance help desk personnel in August and September and them telling me it would be deposited in 5-7 days, despite the community manager trying to help, I'm still waiting. And if your rent is say $500 a month, don't expect to get a bill for $500 a month. You'll pay the retainer of let's say 800, then the bill ill come for 254 or some weird amount and 246. Then the next month it will be something like $72 and the rest for $428. Then they will make a mistake and take some of the rent from the retainer and then you get charged for rent and a retainer, and then see a credit in random amounts adding up to the overcharge, and then see two charges. I even got a charge for 1 cent twice! So what's the deal with all this? Well it will add another job for you each month to make sure they don't overcharge you, and it's a massive headache. I really liked the services, but WILL NEVER go back.
