Regus Chesapeake has been the perfect fit for my business. Daniel and the Concierge team are always professional, friendly, and take great care of my clients when they arrive. The offices, common areas, and restrooms are very clean and well-kept (shout out to Ms. Tia!). The coffee is on point too!

Absolutely worst investment of my life I’m canceling my contract the app doesn’t even work in order for me to book a space and I’ve spent hundreds already and haven’t used the office once yet. The receptionist is the absolute worst! Super bad reflection of my company I’m so upset!!!!

The phones are still down! I HAVE LOST CLIENTS BECAUSE OF THIS! I Can not run my business With no phone line I have spent hundreds of dollars on faxes and it’s going on week three with no phone line. If I’m advertising this number I don’t understand why it is disconnected for this long. I do understand that things happen but it is going on three weeks with no phone system very poor service here at Regus Chesapeake I would not advise anyone to rent from the center. All they care about is the money but they do not care about their clients

Don’t do it!!!!! Let me save you money and a headache. Read your contract very carefully because it is set up for “Regus” to win. They care nothing about you and this is a business. If I was you I would not proceed. They will charge for every little thing and will tell you none of this stuff before you sign a contract with them. It’s over priced and they still charge you for little fees. STAY FAR AWAY
