There is nothing to not love about working here - we have an office space in the Ice Campus - Britannia House and they have set the bar so high! The wifi is great, there is plenty of parking, free tea and coffee facilities, CLEAN kitchen and much more to mention that we don't take full advantage of. The Ice staff are always easy to find and more than happy to help. Coming back from lockdown to such a welcoming community has been a pleasure.

The Welsh ICE community is incredible and so welcoming, a perfect place for a first-time business owner who needs that extra bit of support. The team truly care about the businesses starting and growing here and the support available is outstanding. Lots of the work they do to support local business is funded by local initiatives and authorities so it's very accessible. Highly recommended as a workspace and/or business support provider!!!

Recently finished the 5-9 club in Newport and am still absolutely buzzing. what an amazing, detailed and insightful course full of invaluable information. The Welsh ICE team have been so helpful and lovely and I have met some wonderful fellow attendees. Pitch night was fantastic! I would definitely recommend signing up! Thanks again Welsh ICE

Since joining the Welsh Ice community I've had nothing but a positive experience. They're a friendly, knowledgeable and approachable group of people, who welcomed and supported me from the off. Their 5-9 club is a cracking 8 week course packed with insight, techniques, wisdom, support and just a great community. The 5-9 club was an inclusive course that helps you to learn at your own pace and from wherever you want. Each week there was people from different sectors in the business industry offering their guidance, they even had their CEO do a presentation one week which shows the passion from this business.

Had a lovely day at Welsh ICE co-working space. Everyone there was super friendly and welcoming; people offering to make others drinks and having lunch together. The desk set up was good, easy access to plugs and wifi but the chairs weren't the most comfortable and I kept banging my knee under the desk as there is no way to adjust the table height. My only feedback would be spoons - there didn't seem to be very many provided and once used they had to be reused dirty the rest of the day or go to the bathroom/kitchen to wash which is a bit inconvenient. All the other tea/coffee facilities were very organised. I'll definitely be back just for the welcoming environment.
