I work in a charity which rents office space in Basepoint Winchester and the excellent service from the Centre Manager and her staff has a positive impact on our ability to operate effectively. On a practical level there is nothing which is too much for Zulfya and Graham to help with. But it's their ability to create a welcoming, relaxed but professional atmosphere in the building which makes coming to work a pleasant experience every day.

Basepoint is a great option for an office space. All of the team are really friendly, helpful and accomodating. Amy is a stand out employee who is always efficient and brings a community feel to the place and Reg is on hand to help with any maintenance jobs at the drop of a hat. I enjoy working here and apart from having to pay for parking now, my team are generally happy too!

We rent 4 office spaces at Basepoint (Winchester) and have been here for almost 4 years. I have always received an excellent service from all the staff who work here and nothing is too much trouble for them. The facilities are excellent and well maintained at all times. As already mentioned in a previous post, parking can sometimes be a bit tight, but to be fair, steps have been taken to alleviate this and, in my experience, it is normally only non permit holders ( visitors) who have issues parking and I have always managed to get a space! Overall a great location to work from; very close to the M3 and Winchester City Centre . I would recommend it to anyone considering managed business premises. P.S. Great sweets on the reception that Amy always gives me :)
