This place is just too busy, seems like they oversell their membership. Too many times you turn up and there's no spaces free, you end up hunting for a space on the end of a desk while people eat their lunches next to you. Not even a free plug socket to plug your laptop in. Plus the level of noise overall is just too much to be able to work. If I wanted to scramble around looking for a space to sit, I can do that somewhere for free. Maybe it's a victim of its own success, but I don't want to travel all the way into town to perch on the end of a desk with 20 other people.
Edit since Google doesn’t allow replies.
I find your reply less than useful. I never saw any option to see how busy any branch was and even if it exists, what’s the point of a branch miles away having seats when the one nearest to where I live doesn’t? So what you’re saying is pay to travel further to find a space? Do you not understand that people want to work near where they live?

Gorgeous workspace in the downstairs of the hotel. Lots of plug sockets and a quiet atmosphere. I’ll be back!
