The Regus experience was entirely unsatisfactory. I haven't the time to write down everything that went wrong during our time with them, but undoubtedly choosing space with Regus is the worst business decision I have ever made. The apogee of their downright disrespectful attitude toward their clients was reached when, during lockdown, we were told we would have to leave our 'centre' with four days' notice. This after repeated denials that Regus were planning to vacate the office, even though a colleague of mine had spotted them removing paintings and emptying the cutlery drawers. Avoid Regus at all costs.

False advertising on their website - 'High speed wifi & fully stocked kitchen'. We are getting speeds of 0.2MB-3MB download, and they do not have a microwave. You cannot run meetings on this speed.

Consider yourself lucky if you get a reply from the Regus team within a week -- this is with followups and phone calls. They do not care that your business has certain deadlines to meet, even when given ample time. I have never experienced such low quality client service. Their inaction and unresponsiveness has impacted our business negatively. I spent hours out of my week trying to hound the team, with no response. Save yourself a headache and don't sign a lease here. I have spoken to Regus "help" desk more than I would care to admit. This "escalation" does nothing as it is rerouted back to the local property team. I have emails upon emails of replies to urgent business matters 7+ days later. It has taken over 2months to get an executed contract back as well. I'm afraid "contacting customer service/feedback" won't do much.

Regus More Riverside are an absolute disgrace. We joined their community initially under the co-working desk program with a view to taking our own office through them as we grew. What we got from their manager and team was continual issues with everything from constant and unauthorised charges on our account, when we had guests visit they were rude and at times claimed they didn't know who we were, when you asked them for assistance they were mostly unhelpful and they created a generally poor and unfriendly environment for our team. The service was so poor that once we got to a big enough size we actually moved to a new office provider because we just didn't want to deal with Regus. Although the More Riverside location is great, I would strongly warn anyone against taking an office in the Regus. It's not worth your hassle and their deceptive way of operating leaves a bad taste in your mouth as a paying customer.

This is meant to be Co-Working Space ?? , I asked the center reception to please turn the music down . No luck in fact I think it was turned up ! I get the need for music in the Co-Working space but if you are unable to hear a conference call perhaps the volume level is a little high - 75db - is this the normal level .
