The two Centre Managers are both professional, friendly and are always on hand to help. There have been many improvements over the last 6 months which in my opinion have made the centre a nicer place to work including a new hot and cold water machine in the kitchen. The corridors and kitchens have been recently painted. The previously broken lift (broken for at least 4 months) has been working as normal. The centre often plans events which will always get everyone together to raise money for charity. The recent Summer BBQ was a delight as well.

We have used basepoint business units and meeting rooms for nearly five years and have been impressed with the flexibility and support on hand. The basepoint team are very approachable, friendly, and always go the extra mile to help out. Additionally, the centre has made many improvements over the past six months providing a clean and fresh working environment. I would highly recommend the centre for meetings, events and business unit rental.
