I am a professor who signed up for a designated desk for writing purposes. It is a desk in a shared room. First, it is not worth the increase in price. Second, the online help desk has not been very good (with a few exceptions when the Spaces local manager gets involved). I signed up for a room that has a lot of junk in it because the seller of the desk said it would be cleaned up. The junk never went away. The plants in the room are dying (picture attached). Finally, I did not receive my retainer refund within 30 days as promised. As of today, I am still waiting for it. I will say that it has been a pleasure working with Brandan who is very nice and cares about his clients. The lounge area is also nice as are the other clients. Positives: access to the gym and outdoor writing/lounging space.

Extremely challenging trying to communicate with management. Was supposed to be able to access my space on 8/1 and had to email and ask for instructions on how "move-in" works. Didn't get a reply for 9 days. Still no access. Update: they are happy to get in touch if they think you owe money but don't expect much beyond that. Watch out for hidden fees. Better yet, find a WeWork.

Dishonest and incompetent - watch your credit card. They charge your card for "monthly coffee service" you don't request; advance deposits and retainers you are not informed with when you sign; 45 days in advance for next month bill, day office booking you cancel within the canceling windows ... etc. They don't have contact number for billing (wonder why!!), only "noreply" emails with made up invoices... watch you CC with these crocks!!! To add insult to injury; they have no reception, people keep leaving, no customer service, no parking, and no cell coverage in that concrete box!!

My goodness… 3 minutes on the phone with the salesperson who contacted me after I made my inquiry, and I was sure that all the negative reviews were honest and true, hence the consistency.

Zero stars. Signed up for the "virtual office" before taking a dive into a higher-cost level of membership. We've given this place the benefit of the doubt for quite a number of months now. Next to zero customer service. We are paying for at least someone to be at the front desk. Often we get there (like today) to pick up our mail or packages and there is NO ONE at the front desk. I call the parent company Regus -- and can't get a human being there either. Just tried at 4 p.m. today, on a Wednesday, and the message says "our offices are closed". Unbelievable. Steer clear of this place.
